We are located in a peaceful rural area in South western Nova Scotia , Canada. in” the middle of nowhere but half way to everywhere” 30 minutes from Yarmouth and the Cat Ferry to Bar Harbour or Weymouth, 1 hour from Shelburne or Digby. The Rv is set on our homestead in your choice of locations , near our Log house so WIFI might be an option or at the Startgazing platform.
The Bunkie (MeadowBrook Camp) is located approximately 1/2 klm behind the Farmhouse , and is totally off-grid. The Bunkie is a one room tiny cabin nestled next to a brook. There are 2 folding camp cots as well as a hammocks . There is a BBQ onsite , Coolers And ice if needed, and a firepit as well. Enjoy the stillness, hear owls , star gaze. watching beavers, squirrels. Relax and enjoy. There is a compostable toilet onsite . There is no running water. Enjoy the experience, unwind, Breathe.
The Farmhouse is 30 minutes from the Yarmouth Terminal where Bay Ferries The Cat docks. The farm house with a great view of Parr Lake in Forest Glen. Located between Weymouth , historic New France and Yarmouth on Hwy 340 and centrally located in between the Acadian Shores. A short trip across the province and your in Shelburne. A very peacefully spot to use as travel hub. Great fishing spots and public ATV trail system nearby. There is plenty of room for parking , for trailer and R Vs .
